Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Alza Marketing Agency’s services. By working with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services

  • Scope of work will be outlined in a written proposal, contract, or invoice.

  • Services may include but are not limited to: social media management, digital advertising, branding, SEO, and content creation.

  • Alza Marketing Agency does not travel to client locations for photo or video production.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as per the invoice schedule  monthly subscription.

  • Late payments may incur a 3 % late fee.

  • Services may be paused until payments are made.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • Client retains ownership of their original brand assets.

  • Alza Marketing Agency retains ownership of created content until full payment is received, after which rights transfer to the client (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

  • All website content, creative materials, and service deliverables are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

 4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, financial, or marketing information shared during the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Understand that delays in providing assets may extend timelines.

  • All materials (such as photos, videos, product information, and other creative assets) must be provided by the client. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Alza Marketing Agency is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, or outcomes beyond our control (e.g., algorithm changes, platform policies).

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

  • Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

  • All content created by Alza Marketing Agency will transfer ownership to client

 8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
